AZURといえばハンドプリーツですが、ずっと気になっていたアイテムがありました。ついに今回オーダーしてみたこのロンTです。
無染色・無漂白のローシルクで、ぽこぽことしたやわからいジャージー素材。
ローシルクとは、傷のない繭から一本糸にしていく通常のシルクと違い、かいこが巣立った繭などを集め再び紡ぎ合わせた生地。通気性や吸湿性、保温性の効果は通常のシルクと変わりません。♡
通常は捨てられてしまう短く切れた繊維を丁寧に紡いで作られたものなので、繊維の太さは均一ではなく、節があったりしてぽこぽこと素朴な雰囲気。その素朴な生地感が人気で、私も大好きです。
シルエットは袖が長めで程よくぬけ感のあるラウンドネック。丈も長すぎず、個人的に一番好きなロンTの形です。
この透け感のある白も、明るいけど落ち着いた雰囲気があって、とても良い！
AZURの服を着ると、everyone’s motherのbuoy beltを組み合わせたくなります。。海のイメージがあるからでしょうか。腰に巻いている貝殻がbuoy beltです。
buoyというのは、海に浮かんでいる紐で浮き輪が繋がったあの浮標（ブイ）の事で、このベルトと出会ってその名を初めて知りました。このベルトは、まさにそのbuoyを真似たデザインなんです。
ほぼ毎日移動中に聞いている大好きな「chevere means cool」というPodcast番組があります。
ペルー出身でNY在住のDani Baoさんがインディペンデントなクリエイターたちと会話して、クリエイターたちのストーリーをシェアする番組なのですが、過去にはeveryone’s motherのEmmaも出演していて、その中で「友達のほとんどがインスタで出会ったし嫌いになれないはずだけど、インスタがHATE、、！！」と言っていて、共感すぎました。笑
英語の勉強にもなるし何よりトピックが面白いのでおすすめです！
