everyone's mother は、実用的で無駄を生み出さない機能的なアプローチを目指しながら、伝統工芸とアートの境界線を曖昧にするソフト・スクラプチュアの制作に注力しています。
拠点とするアメリカ国内で調達された天然繊維やデッドストック生地を使用し、デザイナーのEmma Larimerは自身をファイバー・アーティストと称します。
彼女は、出てきたごみをどう活かすかという方向ではなく、そもそもごみを出さないようにしようという「ゼロ･ウェイスト」の考え方を大切にしています。
