S E A S O N: The project was founded by Maruko Hirae in 2022. Based in Tokyo. We believe fashion should be more sweet for us and our future, and we propose a sweeter fashion cycle: upcycle, fair trade, and one-of-a-kind pieces handmade with love. We try to build a sustainable and sweet future society.
まだまだ先かと思われる未来の計画とその締め切りを次から次に迫られる最近です。私はパリに出向いていないバイヤーですが、世界中から連絡をもらって、ひとり経営のものすごく小さな限られた予算のなかで、日々いろいろと葛藤しています。現実と未来にはさまれて目の前の幸せを噛み締められていなげで、Blogを書くこともすっかりわすれてしまっていました。。
私は計画性があるようでなく、そしてこの、ショップオーナーでありショップバイヤーでありショップスタッフでありetc、、というマルチタスクをさばけていない時がたびたびあるので、未来の計画を強いられるこの時期はわくわくしつつ、すこし苦手です。（とはいえ結局、かわいい服が大好きだからわくわくが勝って、やり続けているわけなのですが。。）SEASONのショップスタッフだけやらせてもらえないかなと思うこともしばしばあります。
「目的」について、この前SEASONの帰り道に友達とぼんやり話しました。それから、なにかに迷った時には、自分でサイトの About のところにクソ真面目に書いた言葉を読み返すようになりました。ヴィジョンや思想が表立って先行しがちですが、それを具現化するためには、とにかく、未来も、今月も、なんとかみなさんのもとに、一緒に日々を過ごしたいと思えるような一着を丁寧にお届けすることだと思っています。これが出来なければSEASONの中では何も循環しません。
セレクトショップが「オルタナティブ」という概念を提案し続けるために、「洋服屋さん」をシビアにやる。私にとっては簡単なことではありません。でもがんばります！！
